Anyone can be successful in this world if they are willing to fill out enough paperwork.

Because it’s the bullshit that always gets in the way of great work and success.

The bullshit (the paperwork), is the ‘jump through these hoops’ system that people set up so that it’s harder for you to get good work done. The negative of this is obvious, it’s bullshit, there’s no need for anyone to remind you that it’s not necessary. But there is a positive, millions of other people who are also aiming for the dream you want also have to jump through these hoops. This is what dedication is all about. Dedication is not about how long you can last doing the things you love, but instead dedication is about how long you can last doing the things you don’t want to do, just so you can do the things you love.

Have dedication, jump through the neccessary hoops, and bypass all the ones you can, as fast as you can. But through it all remember that you’re here to do good work. Even if people make it harder for you to do so.
