My dear,
Did you laugh today?
Why not?!
So what if you wrote that paper you’ve been meaning to write, or earned some extra cash, or exercised your heart out, or cooked something healthy, or defeated your procrastination once and for all, or finally, after all these years, solved that problem that’s been haunting you so – if you didn’t laugh even once today, all that means naught. Zip, zilch, diddly squat.
A day without laughter is a day wasted.
Go out and save your day. Now! Go out and laugh. Laugh until tears run down your cheeks, and then laugh some more. And once that’s done, laugh one more time.
Falsely yours,
Sir Charles Spencer “Charlie” Chaplin
