My dear,
No one’s ever learned by doing what they find comfortable day in and day out.
In order to learn and grow you must do almost anything and everything that scares the living ghost out of you.
You must do the things you think you cannot do.
… How to go about this is actually easy. Just make a list of all the things you want to do but know you can’t.
Now, once done with the list, write ‘To-Do List’ in the middle at the very top. Then go about doing every single one of them.
You’ll be scared to death the entire time, but I guarantee you this – you’ll be more alive than you’ve ever been.
Falsely yours,
Anna Eleanor Roosevelt
