My dear,
Noticing is more than just seeing.
Noticing is listening with your attention.
When you notice the petal of a rose fall of delicately, you do more than just see it happen. You in a sense inhale the petal falling. You inhale this beautiful sight and you let it stir within you, clattering about with everything already in there to see if it makes sense, and then when the actions before you align with the notions within you you digest it.
Hearing is a primal act, there’s no magic and wonder behind it, it’s science. Noticing is a spiritual act.
Falsely yours,
Frank Chimero
