I’ll be as patiently as I can possibly be with someone who doesn’t understand something because, well, because they don’t know enough. But I’ll lose my temper instantly if someone calls something stupid and not worth learning just because they don’t want to learn it and remain ignorant.

… Have you ever seen two groups of radically religious people meet? So much self-inflected prideful stupidity. Keep me away from it.
