You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

You can’t yelp for freedom while letting the world scare you into containment. You can’t say you want the freedom to travel and roam when you’re so content staying where you are. You can’t say a revolution is in order without being willing to take up arms first.

And you damn sure can’t ask for life, for freedom, if you’re not willing to risk taking it when no one hands it you. (Because nobody will.)

To be free you have to put your freedom on the line.

And freedom is not something you reach and then you’re over and done with. No, freedom is a constant process of expanding your boundaries and the boundaries of the world, over and over and over again.

Only those that are willing to die will live.
