Something that’ll you’ll learn in life as you get older (and hopefully wiser) is that people act according to how to treat them.
When you treat people like animals, they become animals… ones that don’t obey you.
When you treat people like machines, they become machines… never thinking of anything on their own, always waiting for your input.
But…
The simplicity of it is amazing! Treat people like actual human beings, who have a heart, a mind, and a soul (just like you), and they’ll treat you the same way in kind. Like a unique human being who deserves respect and kindness.
